Alex Knost

It doesn’t take an expert to notice someone with natural ability on a surfboard. Alex exerts this instantly upon pop-up. While most of his generation repeatedly digested Bruce Irons’ end section in Magna Plasm, Alex studied ’60s surf flicks with his father. Out of the water Alex stays busy creating music with his band Tomorrow’s Tulips and handcrafts his own boards through his personal label, Brown Microwave Television Surfboards. He influences a large fan base that chooses to zag from the world of points and prize money.
